How Full is Your Bucket?

The new principal at Jackson's school, Granby Elementary, writes a blog called A Fine, Fine School. Each day I check to see if she's added any new posts and each day she has usually written a new entry about her experiences at Granby. Today's entry is my favorite so far. How Full is Your Bucket? She talks about each of us having an invisible bucket and the only way to fill your bucket is to fill the bucket of others by doing something nice for them or by them doing something nice for you. This post really sends a powerful message and is a strong reminder to be good to others. Remember the Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do to you. If you want a full bucket, fill up someone else's!
