Kindergarten has begun

Jackson started Kindergarten on August 25 and so far, he is loving it!   His teacher is Mrs. Smith and she seems very sweet.  She has a mousy voice and is very smiley...just what you expect a kindergarten teacher to be like.   He attends school for 1/2 day in the afternoon for approximately 2.5 hours.  He practices his alphabet, which he is already very good at.  He will learn his numbers, which he also already knows.  He will learn how to read, which he is already doing at home with us.   Basically, he is already a few steps ahead of the game and we are quite proud of him for working very hard during the summer to be prepared for this new journey.  Here are a few pics from his first day!
